These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://smsanthosh.com (the "Site"), operated by SM Santhosh Kumar ("we", "us", "our"), including the purchase of digital products such as the eBook "Finance Mastery for CXOs".

By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or make any purchase.

1. Use of the Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make purchases.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time without notice if we believe these Terms have been breached.

2. Digital Products

All products sold on the Site (currently only "Finance Mastery for CXOs") are digital downloads (PDF format).
Upon successful payment, you will receive an instant download link via email and/or on the confirmation page.
The product is delivered "as is". No physical copies are shipped.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or professional use only.
You may not: resell, redistribute, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit the content without our written permission.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
Once payment is successful and the digital product is delivered (download link provided), the transaction is considered final.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (instant delivery and non-returnable nature of downloadable files), all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except in the following limited cases:

You did not receive the download link within 24 hours of successful payment (contact us immediately).
The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 48 hours.

To request an exception, email collobrate@smsanthosh.com with your order details within 7 days of purchase. Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in the eBook (text, design, graphics, logo, layout) is owned by SM Santhosh Kumar or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or additional licenses beyond the personal use license described above.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site/products in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
